【Introduction】

The KCT2837L is a high performance single-pole double-throw (SPDT) RF switch operating from 5 to 6000 MHz which is ideal for use in filter-bank switching in test equipment and base stations, and other general purpose RF switching applications. With frequency coverage up to 6 GHz, high linearity, low insertion loss, and a small size, this device can meet requirements set by increased data rates and increasing complexity in RF designs.

The KCT2837L is packaged in 12-lead surface mount package QFN 2.0mm x 2.0mm x 0.55mm with lead-free RoHS compliant.
