【Introduction】
KCT8871ST is a highly integrated RF Front-End Integrated Circuit incorporates key RF functionality needed for IEEE 802.11a/n/ac/ax/be WLAN systems operating in a full 5.1-7.2GHz Wi-Fi 7 frequency range. KCT8871ST integrates a high-linearity power amplifier (PA), a low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, the associated matching network and harmonic filters all in one device.
KCT8871ST is a 3.3 to 4.2V supply voltage power amplifier that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and excellent throughput. A DC voltage output power detector and a directional RF coupler are integrated to support closed-loop power control within the system.
KCT8871ST is assembled in a compact, low-profile 3x3x0.802mm 16-lead LGA package. It is the ideal RF front-end solution for implementing 5~7GHz ultra-wide band high-power WLAN systems supporting multiple standards including Wi-Fi 7.
