【Introduction】
The KCT4225L is a SOI single chip SPDT switch + LNA front end module (FEM) with integrated on-chip bypass switch function.
KCT4225L normally operates at 3.3 V supply with 9.5 mA current consumption at receive mode. The control logic function is also designed to be easily operated by two control voltages among TX / RX / Bypass RF modes.
KCT4225L is assembled in a Ultra small, low-profile 1.5x1.5mm 8-pin DFN package. KCT4225L is the ideal low noise receiving RF front-end solution for implementing 2.2 - 2.5 GHz wireless application systems such as Bluetooth, WLAN, including 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax/be.
